Planning Meeting Schedule:
Conference organizers will meet on the second Saturday of each month, alternating between locations in Westchester and New York (NYC).
All meetings are from 9-11 am, unless otherwise noted.

Northeastern U. Program
Wins AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund Progress
in Equity Award
Washington, D.C. – The American
Association (AAUW) Legal Advocacy Fund,
a program of the AAUW Educational Foundation,
has named the Connections program at Northeastern
University its 2005 Progress in Equity
Award winner, noting the program’s
unique and expansive approach to supporting
women and girls in math, science, and
engineering fields.

Science Activities on April 4, Volunteers Needed
Women in Science at Columbia (WISC) is organizing "Super Saturday"
on April 4, 2009, from 11:00am to 3:00pm at PS 165 on 234 W 109th St.
It's a fun-filled day of hands-on science and math activities and
demonstrations, aimed for children ages 4-12.
Volunteers are needed to work at activity stations, registration desk,
cleanup, etc. Volunteers need not be science or math experts.
